Ms. Breece is Co-Founder of 6th Day Dance and has been the Artistic Director since 2001. She holds a minor in dance from Central Washington University and has worked with adults with developmental disabilities and co-occurring disorders since 1989. She studied movement and tactile therapy for people with Autism in England and spent 8 years dancing, choreographing and on the board of Orchesis Dance Theatre. Ms. Breece has choreographed for various venues such as State Championship body building competitors and State Gymnastic competitors. Ms. Breece holds awards in the United States Twirling Association National Team Championships and was Ms. Jr. Twirl 1972.

Ms. Schaefer began her training in Minnesota with the Stroia Ballet Company. She attended the Perpich Center for Arts Education dance department working with Bill T. Jones and Toni Pierce. She was accepted to Cornish College of the Arts Dance Department and graduated in 2004 Magna Cum Laude with a BFA in dance performance. She has trained extensively in ballet, modern, improvisation, contact and jazz. Currently she is obtaining her STOTT Pilates Certifications. She has been with 6th Day since 2004 as a choreographer, master class instructor, Assistant Artistic Director and currently she is the Co-Artistic Director.  She would like to thank her husband and son for their support.  Matthew 10:27 "whatever I tell you in the dark, speak in the light; and what you hear in the ear, preach on the housetops."
